1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content generated, published, transmitted, or stored through the Colorize AI service, including:

  • Images: AI-generated or edited photographs
  • User Input (Prompt): Text descriptions and instructions submitted by users

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

Colorize AI strictly prohibits using this Service to generate the following six categories of content:

  • Pornography / NSFW content
  • Violence / Gore
  • Hate speech
  • Child safety violations (CSAM)
  • Deepfakes / Impersonation
  • Copyright or trademark infringement

2.1 Zero Tolerance - Immediate Action

The following content will result in immediate action upon discovery, with reports filed to authorities as applicable:

  • Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
  • Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
  • Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
  • Content inciting racial genocide or ethnic hatred
  • Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals

2.2 General Prohibited Behavior

  • Generate or spread false information, rumors
  • Impersonate real individuals, brands, or organizations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or privacy rights
  • Use AI-generated content to deceive users or claim it was created by humans
  • Mass generate spam or fraudulent content
  • Jailbreak prompts designed to bypass platform safety mechanisms
  • Use AI-generated content to impersonate professionals (such as licensed doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors) in potentially harmful contexts

3. Content Moderation

Colorize AI employs a multi-layered moderation system combining automated filtering, human review, and periodic auditing.

3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-time)

All requests and generated content are scanned in real-time by safety filters:

  • Input filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of prompts
  • Output filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated content
  • Usage pattern analysis: Monitoring for abnormal API usage behavior
  • Safety models used: Industry-standard content safety APIs

3.2 Human Review

  • Auto-flagged content enters human review queue
  • User-reported content is manually investigated by the Trust & Safety team
  • Review team operates during business hours

  • Neutrality: All reports undergo independent, objective review
  • Anti-abuse: Malicious or false reports are logged and addressed

  • Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance
